Refund policy

 EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Though we hope that you love everything that we have to offer to you. However, we get it — sometimes things don’t fit quite right.

That’s why we offer a 5-day exchange window from the date of delivery.

A teeny ₹150 is charged per return or exchange — that’s just to keep our logistics running smoother..

 

HOW IT WORKS

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Our logistics partner will attempt a pickup within 24–48 hours (maximum of two attempts).

If pickup isn’t successful or available in your area, you may need to ship the product back to our warehouse yourself.

 

QUALITY CHECK & PROCESSING

When your item reaches our warehouse, it goes through a quick quality check.
Once approved, your exchange or credit note will be processed right away.

All products must be returned with tags intact, in original packaging, unwashed, and in original condition.

 

EXCHANGE TIMELINE

It usually takes 7–10 working days from pickup to delivery of your exchanged item.
Hang tight — good things (and great tees) take time!

 

SIZE EXCHANGE & STOCK

If your size is sold out (you trendsetter, you!), we’ll offer another cool product or a credit note to use later.

 

REFUNDS

All refunds are in the form of a credit note, shared via email once your return passes our quality check.
Your credit note stays valid for 6 months — so plenty of time to snag your next favorite tee!

 

WHEN WE CAN’T ACCEPT A RETURN

We won’t be able to take it back if:

  • The product looks used or damaged.
  • The tag or packaging has gone missing.
  • The return arrives after the 5-day window.

(We love stories, but “my dog ate it” won’t work here)

 

CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final.
We don’t support cancellations once an order has been placed, so please double-check your details before checkout.

If a COD order is declined at delivery, any prepaid amount will not be refunded. Thanks for understanding.


SALE PURCHASES POLICY

Products purchased on sale or under special pricing are non-refundable and non-returnable/exchangeable. 

All orders placed during a sale will be delivered in 15-20 working days. We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or size alterations on discounted/sale orders.

 

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

Received something not-so-fantastic?
No worries — just email us at help@fritters.in within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • A short note on the issue

If the claim is valid, we’ll replace the product or issue store credit.
(Claims raised after 5 days may not be eligible.)
